A "Old Vines" Silvaner selected from the oldest plots of Kapellenberg and Mönchsleite, with vines between 38 and 52 years old.

"Inviting aroma, smoky and floral, with hints of chamomile—more floral than herbal. Notes of apricot and pear on the fruit spectrum. Juicy and fruity on the palate, with a firm, compact structure, medium extract, and consistent style. The finish is mineral and herbaceous."
